From time to time every fleet manager needs to perform a certain task on all the vehicles within the fleet. Occasionally these campaigns are initiated by the vehicle manufacturer, or even by the government, to assure that the vehicles conform to certain safety standards. This module assists the fleet manager in managing these campaigns.

This System stores the following information for an unlimited period of time; and, if needed, allows it to be recalled at any time.

Once the campaign has been entered in the systems, at any time, now or in the future, the campaign can be "initiated". With this initiation process the manager need only to recall the campaign by its ID # and identify for which fleet the campaign is to be initiated. The system will then generate workorder tasks for each of the vehicles within that fleet and the task will then remain in the active queue for each vehicle until completed.

If the campaign is to be repeated, it can be re-initiated at any time.

This Campaign System is a valuable asset for any fleet manager who may be called upon to demonstrate that safety campaigns are handled in an efficient and comprehensive manner.
