Every fleet manager needs to be able to schedule work in response to available labor and conversely, to schedule labor in response to the work load.

This Labor Scheduling Module (LSM) allows the fleet manager to assign workers according to their skill level or to specific approved jobs.

The LSM will automatically schedule workers from the "Available Labor Pool", to jobs identified in the "Task Backlog File", according to their skill level and number of workers required for the job. It will then produce a calendar that takes into account holidays, vacations, and any other manpower variations as identified by the manager. The manager can then modify the schedule by moving/changing/adding workers and/or tasks to produce the final schedule.
