As an option, we can incorporate 3M’s famous Post-It Notes Ò. You can get rid of all those little pieces of paper that clutter up your desk top and “where did that note go…???” Just click on the button to bring up a new note. Set alarms. Want to send a note. No problem you can Email it. You can set up note boards for yourself, for different categories, you can even set up one for the whole department whereby anyone can post a note to it for everybody to share.
