Unlike most PM systems, which can only keep track of inspections, TSS's PM System allows you to not only keep track of when the next inspection is due, but it can help you reduce road calls by scheduling replacement of parts and components, fan belts to engines, tailored to each vehicle, and place all of this PM work in a Consolidated Schedule, listing to most critical first.

The Scheduled (PM) Maintenance System allows the fleet manager to setup a schedule of tasks to be performed on vehicles in intervals based on elapsed distance or on elapsed time.

THE PM SCHEDULE:

bulletwill allow P/M tasks to be setup for Components
bulletcan store and schedule up to 99,999 P/M tasks to be performed per vehicle
bulletwill allow any OPCODE to be setup as a P/M
bulletcan be set up for a fleet, a single vehicle, or a combination
bulletcan setup fleet schedules for up to 99 fleets
bullettells when the last PM was performed, what the interval is, and when the next is due
bullet"DUE NEXT" field highlighted or blinks to signal that a task is past due
bullet"DUE NEXT" information can display vehicles in "most overdue" order
bulletcan combine schedules by days and elapsed distance
bulletcan calculate estimated date when next due will occur

The Workorder System will automatically update the P/M schedule when a P/M task has been completed - the "DUE NEXT" will automatically display with the variance.

The Fuel Island System will automatically update the P/M schedule with the current hub readings.
