Maintenance

The maintenance program is the heart of the shop.  It is what keeps track of all the aspects of the maintenance department. Workorders, Component Tracking, P/M, Campaigns, Labor, Fleet and Vehicle statistics, it's all here.

TSS Tools

TSS Tools is a collection of software tools that aid the maintenance and inventory managers the tools they need to get data into the system quickly and to get analysis and reporting information out quickly in an informative fashion. 

Inventory

This Inventory system is so complete and record keeping so thorough that if an auditor picks up an invoice and asks you to show "where" that part went, you can do it, along with not only what vehicle but who, when and why.

Fuel Island

This module is designed to be used with a data capture device (computer terminals, automatic sensors, or hand-held units) on the Fuel Island itself to record servicing (mileage, fuel, oil coolant, & lube) as it occurs.  The CRT Data Entry program has extensive error checking and will display paragraphs of error explanations with instructions for corrections, making this program very user-friendly.  The fuel island module has proven itself to reduce recording errors.

Accident Incident Reporting

Accident Incident Reporting Software. To save you time and money TSS Software has developed the Accident Incident reporting program. With the end user in mind the ease with which the data is entered, the comprehensive output and reporting will facilitate your efforts to recoup losses due to accident, vandalism or any incident that could negatively impact your bottom line.
